Depends on where you want to teach.English training center, local school, western International school or private teacher.

Welcome to HCMC, I hope the life here won't be so different & difficult to live with. Anyway, I don't know if this help but my little sister is studying in ERC Institute (It's like a university from Singapore) and they teach English course in there too.
Maybe you could try to research more about them & I hope this help.
