A & B : You can find out so many Motor workshops with spare parts store on Nguyen Phuc Nguyen street (After the round about of CMT8 and this street ends in Saigon Railway station (Ga Saigon).
You can ask their business card or phone number when you meet them. If they don't know you, don't expect them to come and repair just your Tyre!
