Ok so my girlfriend who is from the Philippines is going to meet me in Thailand for a 3 week vacation, she has a passport but I just want to make sure she doesnt need anything else so she isnt stopped at the airport or anything like that. Any info you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Return ticket, letter of invite, hotel reservation, evidence of job in Philippines, bank statement indicating enough funds to survive, cash in both currencies, etc. A lot of horror stories of single girls being stopped by the philippine immigration due to human trafficing. Best if you came over and went with her.
