Young child found on her own and is now at Riffa Police Station

Latest on Lost Little Girl
Just spoken again to Riffa Police and it seems no one has reported this little girl missing or gone to claim her.
Please have a good look at her photo.....share it with everyone you know...we must try to trace her parents.
Perhaps her family found themselves unable to care for her for whatever reason, if this is the case then we can find ways to support them as a family and help them to stay together.

I can't believe no-one has come forward and claimed this gorgeous girl, I hope everything is ok with her family and they are reunited soon. Heartbreaking situation.

Such a sweet looking girl. I can't believe her parents didn't even give a call to 999. If they have abandoned her, I have nothing more to say to them

Today is the fourth day and since saturday afternoon no one went to police station means, her parents are living illegally in Bahrain. So, they will never go to police station about her.

Or, her parents may have so many kids and may be for this reason they still didn't recognize her absence :-)

I have heard that if a lady has a child in Bahrain as a single parent then she can't get a passport for her child. This means that if the mother has decided to leave the country then she couldn't take the child with her. This is despicable behaviour and the mother should be locked up.

Also we forget just how many people don't have access to the internet and are very uneducated that they don't know where to go.

What ever happened with this poor girl?

The news has dried up a bit on her but the last I heard she was still in the orphanage while they tried to track down her parents who obviously didn't want her. Why they can't let a loving family adopt her is beyond me.

It's so sad poor baby! Can't imagine life without my kids it would just be unbearable! Xx

This is an issue in Bahrain. Once my wife called offering to adopt another kid left on the street. She was told that only Bahrainis can adopt kids here. We were devastated to say the least. Here we were offering a home to a child and the authorities were unmoved.

Sounds about right for Bahrain.  Not good

So the father is being punished. And the mother had been deported. The point that seems missing is what steps need to be taken to ensure the best interest of the child.

Looks like the poor child's life in no better than it was last year. The authorities really have to rethink their approach to adoption.

This is such a sad situation for this little girl. Why are they not trying to track down the girls mother and reunite them?
