Degree attestation and Visa stamping from Dubai

You can get the visa, if the visa issued for you is to be issued from Saudi Embassy in UAE. Its called 'Jhas Al Kudoom ' or place of origin / issue.

As I understood from your mail, the Bachelors is from Pakistan and Masters from US. It will be easier for you to get the Bachelors attested for this visa profession.
