Hello,
I have read some other posts on this subject but I am still confused. I am an American and will be buying property in Romania soon. I also want to buy a new car while I am there. I am looking to finance as well. Does anyone know the rules that apply to get financed in Romania and what I need? Currently I don't have a resident visa or long term stay, my income also comes from outside of Romania. Any help on this topic would be appreciated. Thank you very much.

What about if you have a Romanian citizen do it with you or would it have to be in their name fully? Thank you!
