Hey guys,
I am new here on Expat forum. I am applying to one of the institutes in Czech for the PhD studies and they are offering czk 96,000 per year as a PhD stipend.I was wondering if anyone can advise me, if that stipend is enough to 'survive' in Czech?

Hey Nik, with 96000CZK per year you might survive in CZ, the cost of living depends on city where are you going to stay etc. Are you coming study in Czech or English?

Thank you KajaS for the reply.The course will be in English, but as I heard, they say, you need to know the Czech if you are planning to come here..is that true?
