He's a website that lists all the registered gyms (kondteremek) in Budapest by district. You should find most quite cheap by western standards, the English speaking staff might be a bit hard to find though.

There is another forum topic on gyms in Budapest if you have a search for it. Holmes Place, World Class, Gilda Max, etc, all get reviews. People tend to look for different things in gyms so there's always a big debate about which one is best. 
Also, I'm selling my gym membership at World Class, in the Marriot Hotel in downtown Pest, if anyone is interested. 10 months full time, all classes, for 80,000 ft.
