could anyone tell n\me what is the use of reference number registered on saca after I submitted my degree certificate at Saudi cultural Delhi.

Saudi attestation will take minimum 2month. But it shall not affect on ur flying to saudi for employement. Saudi attestation is must for bringing d family here.

                I need some information about the procedure.THere was a Saudi delegation in june to hire doctors in pakistan.I got selected after interview and the process started.I graduated from Russia.In the first month i got the attestation from Higher education commission and then the agent sent my degree too the MOH,MOFA,Saudi embassy   and saudi culture.7th of July.
                    Its 29th of the August and still my degree is there.I have done the attestaion of all other documents by myself and my Medical is complete as well.According to agent that you have 2 months to get it stamped visa after the interview which was supposed to be end on 1st of August.In the meantime there was another delegation visited at the end of July and my agent got my extension of 1 month until 30th of August.Now Its ending tomorrow and i talked to the agent and he told me that no need to worry that another delegation arriving in 2 weeks and we will get again extension for 1 month because they allow you total 4 months and keep your job in the system.My question is that is that true what agent is telling me and would there be any problem to get extension of my job offer.Please Reply

Whether you want to go alone or with family. If your profession requires a degree to be shown at embassy. You need to have an attested degree from saudi embassy.

Unless you are on a low category visa.

When i am checking my details on Enjazit.com my details are showing where they applied for VISA on 10 october ( 40 days ago). I want to know how much time it take to issue VISA?  Because its already applied there either by consultency or company not sure. Kindly reply me or mail me on ***

It'll take time...Be patient...Don't resign till your visa is stamped on your passport

Sir, i know it's a time consuming process but the client told me for attestation of degree also. I am already done with my HRD & MEA , now attestation can be only done when they will provide me offer letter attested from Chamber of Commerce, which they are not sending since last 2 months. So should i cosider that the whole process is rejected by them or should i wait for any miracle to happen yet?

There is no specific period with in how many days  they will have visa approval. This depends on many factors. So you write to them obtain a Visa from local market and bring you to Saudi Arabia if they require your service. Also tell them the expenses for bringing / transferring sponsorship and other charges will be met by the company.

KSA it is...Keep in touch with your company HR to get it done....They will send in a while hopefully...

I got a job offer in Riyadh last July 2016. The company requested for my attested degree and have submitted to them in August 2016 along with a copy of my passport for work visa application. Since then until now whenever I follow up from my employer they say that it is still pending decision from MOFA, does it really take time as it has already been 3 months? Thank you!

Attestation for saudi's visa is hell of a work to do. Before going to the procedure, make sure the following things.
1) Your degree must have been obtained by REGULAR mode of study not distance learning.
2) Your college or university must be registered under IGC, UGC or state ministry. (As per Indian standards)

if any of the above 2 are conditions are not met then saudi embassy will not attest.

The attestation process starts from state ministry HRD department. Once the state HRD is done then you would have to proceed for MEA (ministry of external affairs of India). Since I'M from delhi, it took me to complete these in 3-4 days.

Once the above mentioned process is done, You would proceed for saudi cultural attache attestation, which is the toughest amongst all. Requisite for getting ur docs attested from SCA, you will have to verify ur educational certificate from ur college or university on a written requested statement by the agent appointed by you by paying them through draft. The most important docs needed for SCA attestation is your original employment contract or offer letter, attested by Saudi Chamber of commerce and MOFA (Ministry of Foreign affairs), which can only be done by your company in saudi.

Remember, the request letter by the agent must be answered with the mode of education stated (Correspondence or Regular) and the envelope stamped by the university or college with airway,rail or registered stamp. Because the SCA asks the depositor of certificates that how these docs were received by them.

You cannot go to SCA or Saudi embassy by yourself, you must appoint an agent as they don't accept individuals.

SCA and Saudi Embassy should not take more than 15-20 Days. Their submission days are wednesday and Friday. If submitted on wednesday then the docs would be returned attested on friday or If submitted on friday, it would be returned on monday.

My agent charged me 8000 INR in 2013 for complete service. In my case, India's freaking festivals and days off screwed me big time. It took nearly 3 months for completion. Suggestion, do not hesitate paying any bribes, if needed.It expedites the process to a very big deal.

You can google their number,     Its their email , Hiba Exports India xxxx. The rates should not vary to a very great extent. I gave 8000 in 2013 December.

I just got my degree attested from the Saudi Embassy in India, but have 3 issues, as detailed below:

1) The Saudi Embassy  kept my offer letter and contract upon returning the degree;
2) They removed the 5 notary stamps from my degree.
3) Also, the Saudi embassy attestation seal does not have the little blue stamp in it that is shown in some of the pictures in previously attested degrees photos online.

I wanted to know if all the above is standard or if there is some problem? Can someone who has already had their degree attested guide me in this issue?

It is a lengthy process indeed.
I am going through the same lengthy degree attestation process at my end.
Attestation via the Saudi Culture Center in Pakistan normally takes somewhere between 3- 4 weeks. That is what I have heard from the other candidates.
The entire hiring process from start to finish takes around 4 months or could get delayed even further due to other formalities that one needs to fulfill.

Saudi Culture in Pakistan is not willing to attest any foreign degree at their own end. The whole situation is extremely inexplicable. The new regulations are creating tremendous difficulties for those who would like to work in KSA.

If anyone with a foreign degree in Pakistan, ever faced such problems in dealing with the Saudi Culture Pakistan, do share your experiences.

Normally people used to provide commitment for Anna university the process is easily 70 days.  Certainly this will be down below 90 days.
