Find a job and get a work visa.
Or marry an EU citizen and be able to show proof that it's not a marriage of convenience (i.e. to get a visa).
Adoption will not work for that purpose.

So you are currently in Karlsruhe (as your profile implies) and need school or work (which one of them - both together isn't possible)?
