If you were sending hosusing ads by PM (Spam) and complaints were made, your PM system will remain locked until you become a valuable poster, and that means a lot of meaningful posts.
The Vietnam section has a terrible spam problem so such PMs would likely have drawn a lot of reports.
Those reports alone will increase the number of posts you have to make before there's any hope of your PM system being opened.

New members cannot just join up then expect to use the message system. You have to earn the right to do so.

Sending unwanted or unsolicited messages is considered to be spam here and will get you banned.

Only you can activate your message system. To do this read post #1

Read and understand post #1.
Then you may just work out how this forum works.

You have to earn the right to use the message system which means you or anyone else cannot just join up and then start sending out unwanted, unsolicited messages to members.

Post on different sections of the forum with informative, topical posts, no silly one line posts.

It is obvious that not one of you has taken the time to read and understand post #1 on this thread.
We are not a message board.
You cannot simply join up and then expect to immediately send out messages.
Sending unwanted or unsolicited messages is considered to be spam on this forum and you will be permanently banned.

You have to earn the right to use the message system. So take the time to read the first post and then you might just understand how to open your message system.

Once you follow the correct procedure, by participating on the forum, then you will become an active forum member.

people sometimes copy paste the same message but with addressed to corresponding person. Therefore the tracking system must be reasonable.

Copying and pasting indicates one thing, SPAMMING, which is not allowed on this site. The rule has been in place for many years and works very well.

What does it take for new members to read post #1 on this thread and understand what is required to open their pm system.

If you cannot follow the requirements laid out in post #1 then you have no chance of ever opening your pm system.

Also read the other posts here that explain how to open your pm system.

Follow the requirements and you will become a welcome member of the forum.
