A survey about dairy in Egypt !

Hi all, I wanna make a simple survey about dairy in Egypt. I'll appreciate that you can help me doing this.

1. Do you drink milk everyday?

2. How many litters of milk does an average family consume everyday?

3. How many products/drinks have milk in them in your home?

4. Which dairy enterprise do you think is the best in Egypt?

5. Why do you think it's the best?

6. What's the average price of a packet of milk in Egypt?

7. Have you bought dairy products imported from other countries?

8. Will you buy imported dairy products? Why?

9. What kind of facts do you think about when you choose milk?

10. Are these dairy products popular with young children?

Thank you!

I use to drink, or let s say to eat yoghurt not milk, and not here!  I have the feeling that this milk that we could buy here it is made of powder milk not fresh one.
I come from a country where you can buy milk both from the shops and from the market, and I know fresh milk after some hours could not be boiled without turning sour, so, how could be " fresh" milk that stays days in a shop at the room temperature, because they are on the shelves, not in the fridge?
But I prepare some food using it when I have nothing for replacing it!
I use Juhayna!
I buy imported butter cause I trust it more, and it comes from countries with tradition in raising cows and dairy products.
I choose milk looking at % fat, when I buy it.
The price of milk is around 6LE/ 1 liter, and yoghurt 10LE/ 1 kilo.
Children use to drink milk and dairy products, if they have maybe and their parents buy but concerning that some are very poor, and milk is expensive here, I think that not very often.
In my country, Romania, children from kindergarten and primary school get daily 1/4 liter for free ( a governmental program). One day , maybe here could be the same!
And let  s talk about dairy products again, from here:  I enjoy Egyptian cheese, really I consider it very good, and also that sour cream YSHTA, they use it to prepare Ataif and other cakes very common during Ramadan, and in the last time I find out that Feta Cheese is also good , here!
The first time I came in Egypt I put on 10 kg, because no matter it is heart of desert, Egypt has a lot of food, and WONDERFUL DISHES!  Hardly could I give up eating for cut some kilos down!

And why didn t you explain to us, for what it is this " test"  or " Quiz"??

Thanks for your answer. I'm sorry I forgot my explanation. I'm doing a report about the dairy in Egypt, so I wanna know about the local people's lifestyle. I'll appreciate if you can give me some further information about local dairy enterprise.

I can give you a link to inform by yourself list-of-companies.org/Egypt/Keywords/Dairy/
