Resignation

If the clause in the original signed contract says 1-month notice period for resignation, but in the up-to-date HR policy documents specify 2-month notice period - which one would apply?

After completion of the original signed contract period, only a 1-page contract renewal form was issued and signed by both parties. It simply says that the contract terms were renewed for another year.

Sir do you have idea how much the minimum and maximum expenses we need to pay?

Check your contract details.

* is your contract a annual renewal?

* is there any payment requirements if you don't for fill your contract terms.

* are you doing work outside your contract terms.

I resigned and finished my notice period of 30 days given by HR. Also payed m dues as per the contract. I got a new offer through qiwa but hr of current employer I rejected transfer request and is insisting on final exit. Any help?
