Looking for someone to share accommodation with for the at least 12 months. The ideal housemate is a young professional who takes their work seriously.
Ding Yuan is under hotel apartment management, neighborhood by expat and high end residents. The area is quiet, clean and convenient with SML shopping mall, F&B outlets, city shop, Tesco. It is close to metro line 4 & 9, 5 min walk from the door.
The room is fully furnished, modern interior, good size, air-conditioned, bathroom, balcony, LCD TV, kitchen equipped, small pantry, etc. You can move in with a briefcase anytime in March 2013.
