So I've been all around Ecuador, still alot to see and experience though. I've got the insider scoop on alot but my wife and her family have her favorite places and I'd like to know what I'm missing. Of course one of my favorites is The Galopagos islands but the Jungle is amazing as well. Haven't been to Guayaquil or Cuenca area yet but have been to Esmeralda's and area and up to Ibarra and Otavalo and seen the sights. How about favorite local food??

Ecuador is amazing. I love it because it reminds me of the wild west, you never know what you are going to see next. My favorite thing is how diverse the country is. From the amazing birding in Mindo to the exceptional beaches of the Northern Coast to the adventure tourism of Banos to the Galapagos Islands. We just moved here and love it.
