Has anyone any idea of the maintenance costs of a small swimming pool?
Looking at some properties to rent with and without them.
Any opinions gratefully received, thanks.

The maintenance for the swimming pool as well as repairs (if not damaged on your fault) and re-filling of water is usually done/paid from the landlord.

swimming pool typically adds about € 100-200 per month to the rent. Bear in mind most swimming pools are not much more than plunge pools
