Does anyone had success contacting Thailand Consulate in HCMC? I need a visa for visiting Thailand, but can't contact them. (Consulate of Thailand, Vietnam, 77 Tran Quoc Thao Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City
Tel.: (848) 932-7637-8, Fax: (848) 932-6002) I'm not living in HCMC, that's why I can't go there for inquiry, only e-mail or phone calls for now.

Better check with the Ha Noi Embassy:

(Don't worry about the address, you will view the Thai page in English)

Their might be a possibility the TP HCM Consulate is closed since Visas are issued upon entry to Thailand (for most people)
