Re entering KSA after coming back on Exit Reentry

h

tough one !

if the iqama has expired then there should not be much issues. but cant say 100%

You have to complete 02 yrs AFTER the date of Iqama expiry.

THIS is the reason many companies send resignees back home with an exit re-entry visa rather than a final exit. They don't want them to come back soon. Secondly, the final exit visa is a tiresome process for companies as compared to Exit Rentry visa issuing.

i've been working in saudi since 2007 and yearly is my vacation my last vacation is december 30, 2011 with an exit re-entry but not returned. but now i am planning to come back in saudi with new employer, my iqama expired last august 4, 2012, and my visa is also  expired and also i have a biometric fingerprints with last employer. My question is is it possible and hassle free for me to come back in saudi with new employer?. Your response is very much appreciated.

@bharrhie31 : TLL's post above is clear enough answer for your question

Thanks HRGuru...only little bit confuse because i search online saying that 1 year is enough but other saying 2 years and upon iqama expired..thanks alot...
