Getting to neighbouring cities without a driving licence...

How is it done? there seems to be no public transport. Are you just stuck in Jubail if you dont drive?

There is a train between Dammam and Riyadh (of course you'd have to get a ride--taxi?--to the train and of course why would you want to come to Riyadh? lol).

And there are intercity bus services. SAPTCO mainly. They go to Bahrain even.
