Does anyone know where I can get a decent used mountain bike in Rio? I am told people sell them when they leave but I don't really know how to go about finding one. Thanks!

The bikes here are really great. You can check caloi.com and see what they have online. Their site is great and they deliver as well. It won't be used bikes however. Sorry. I don't know about that. I bought a Caloi bike about 2 months now but I got it in a bike shop in the centro. It's great but because I am by the beach - rust is eminent! Hope you get one you love!

There is a used bike shop in Leblon on Bartalomeu Mitre (I think I misspelled the name).
