job loss and unpaid personal bank loans

Hi! everybody can you please advice me on this matter. My husband works in dubai and we all know that still crisis is not yet over, last dec my husband almost lost his job but thanks to his boss and he save him, i wonder what is dubai law or bank law if you happen to loss your job and you still have unpaid personal loans?are they going to jail you? Please anyone could give an advice so will know what to do......

Hi, some banks giving time up to 6 months if you contact them with supporting documents. But if bank alraedy reported to police, then things will be different

It depeneds on case to case bases, normally the simple thing is that you have to pay...once you leave country without paying then there is some sort of bann and they will arrest on your arrival....
