En effet ma question est la suivante:

-Quelles sont les procédures administrative pour avoir un "permit" ou "Licence" de travail Freelancer. Les Free Zone telle que Dubai Media City Délivre ces licences pour les graphistes. Sur leur site web il y'a très peu d'informations j'ai essayer de les contactez mais sans repense !!

-Es ce que quelqu'un peut comment ça se passe ?!

Freelancer's Permit

Application requirements:
•    Business Plan
•    Passport Copy

Cost
Initial startup cost is AED20,000 which includes license, desk space, security deposit and a valid three-year UAE resident visa.

An annual renewal fee of AED13,500 is payable at the beginning of every year.

Companies
The Media Business Centre offers ready-to-operate, fully-furnished offices to enhance the true spirit of individual creativity and allow seamless interaction between staff members, clients and visitors.

Application requirements:
•    Business Plan
•    Passport Copy (Owner's & Manager's)
•    CV (Owner's & Manager's)
•    Bank Reference Letter

Initial start-up cost is AED48,000 that includes FZ-LLC license, desk space, security deposit and two UAE resident visas with a two-year validity. However, an annual renewal fee of AED35,000 is payable at the beginning of every year.

Services offered by the Media Business Centre include:
•    Licensing and registration assistance
•    Visa/documents application and processing
•    Guest reception service
•    Office management and maintenance
•    Air-conditioning, lighting and power
•    24-hour office access
•    24-hour security
•    Daily housekeeping service

les liscence a Media City sont un peu cher, il y a moins cher a Ras Al Khaima Free zone aux alentours de 10000AED
