Joining as a Medical doctor in Tehran?

Assalam O Alaikum,

My post is regarding medical profession.
What is the procedure if one person who is a simple MBBS doctor living in Pakistan is supposed to shift in Tehran and wants to join any Hospital as a medical doctor.

then is there any requirement or has he or she requires to clear any test to be able to work their legally...???
