Hello....everyone. I need ur help. I am married to an Indian man from chennai in Singapore. He is a hindu. Recently I found out that he go home india and re married to an indian girl while he is still married to me. When I confront him he admit it. And he said that he can no longer continue his life with me coz his family cannot accept me coz I am a foreigner. I ask for divorce but until now his not doing anything. I want to file bigamy case againts him. Can I file the case in india? What are the procedure? Is his marriage in India legal? Please advice me.

Its a criminal offence to have 2 wives at the same time as per the Hindu Marriage act. You can definitely file a case against him in the Indian courts, provided you have all the marriage documents with you and if the other woman is also unaware of this situation, she can also file the case against him.
His marriage is ''so called'' legal as per India laws, till everyone is unaware of the situation.
