Hand rolling tobacco in Sibiu?

No shop in Romania from where to buy hand rolling tobacco, filters, papers etc. You can  buy them from internet only.Romanian laws dont alow to sell rolling tobacoo.I can help you if you need more information about this.

Found a cigar & tobacco shop on Piata Mare. Very posh but sells hand rolling stuff. Thanks
