We will be relocating to London from New York due to my husband's job assignment. He will be working in Canary Wharf. We will be moving with our 3-year old twins.
Where is a family-oriented area that is still close to some "action." (By "action" I mean dining out, happy hour, shopping, etc.)
Any words of advice would be helpful.
