Mum and daughter kindly relieved of cash
A mother and daughter who were walking home together in Phnom Penh's Chamkarmon district also ended up getting their purses stolen together on Sunday. They said three thieves had used a knife to threaten them, forcing them to hand over the bags. Fortunately, police surveying the scene caught the crooks and passed them on to the court. I assume that this incident happen in broad day light. It seems at the same time that the police are efficient that they have caught the criminal.
