How to meet other South Africans living in Holland, especially Leiden.

I am desperately trying to find out how to immigrate to Holland, especially Leiden as my family is originally from there. I have family there now but every internet site that I have been tells you so many different things to do but never a direct path to follow. I love my country but Holland has been a life long dream of mine as that is my heritage. I am not interested in any other country except Holland and have even registered for a short Dutch course here in Cape Town to learn to speak the language.
Can any one tell me what to do? Who can I speak to and the Dutch Embassy is not very helpful here.

I know its difficult to get into ``our`` country, but speaking the language sure helps a lot.

The southafricans i know, are all maried to a ``dutchie``, and got their papers through that way. So i`d give it a try
