New job during Iqama transfer process

Hi All,

Scenario:
My Iqama is in transfer process by my new company since 10 days. I submitted my previous company's NoC etc 10 days before. But the HR in the new company has not asked for my original Iqama till now and the MoI Diwan status is "0" means the HR has not paid the Iqama transfer fees. My Iqama is valid until March-2013.

Now, I received a new offer from one of the reputed company.

Questionaire:
1. How to join the company from where I received the new offer (reputed company)?

How much is your probation period with the newly joined company? During this period, you can inform them of your intentions about not to continue with them. This must be a clause in the contract you have signed.
