Hi , I am indian expat . I am holding a valid saudi driving license from khobar .
Can anybody please let me know the procedure to get the International driving permit to drive in other countries on my saudi driving license.

Visit any renowned travel agency, they'll do it for you. At least Al-Tayyar does this. I live in Riyadh, so no clue about their office in Al-Khobar. Google about their website.
