Hired without a face to face interview

Hello,

I am looking for people from outside Europe who have been hired in Germany without a face to face interview to share their experience because I am from Algeria and I can't travel to Germany without a visa

Did you use Skype for example ?

I had a phone interview which went very well but I am not confident at all because of this issue
