Hello All,
I am having an Interview with an Nigerian Org in the mid of the month. I want to know the compensation part of a 8~10 year experienced Manager in Nigeria and how to do the negotiation part of it. And the pros & cons of taking a 2 year contract in Nigeria against having a permanent & average salary with a OEM in India. Will be very much thankful for the replies.

the years of experience you gave and as an expatriate, you certainly should expect a good sum of money as take home,however, you would spend a good amount too to live in the choice area too, your coming would expose you to alot of conditions that could guarantee your swap into a better and permanent job.
