If you have a U.S. Drivers license you only need to go to the Police and pay 6 Euros, they will take your picture and than in about 2 weeks your new Slovak drivers license will be ready for you. You will need to give them your U.S. License. That's it NO TEST. If you don't have a U.S. Drivers license check with your Embassy.
