After coming Norway is there any certainty to get job or not...why do we need secure housing . if we got job far from we live it may be bad for us...in this case why we need secure housing...help me please

The requirement that you have housing has two purposes. The first is to make it harder to come to Norway to discourage people from coming. The second is to prevent people from coming here and ending up on the streets, or ending up being supported by the state. As there are far more potential immigrants that Norway needs, they can afford to have such stringent, seemingly illogical requirements.
