Can anyone recommend milk for someone who is lactose intolerant???

You can find the milk that don't contains lactose at the pharmacy and some supermarkets. Soy milk can also be an alternative because isn't high in calcium.

I had the same problem ! I didn't drink milk for 6 months until my friend made some calls and found it. I
t's LaDorna Dimineţi lejere. It's not sold everywhere, but I found it in Carrefour (You should be able to find it in all big Carrefour stores). Or You can contact them ladornagroup.ro/ro/contact and ask where it's available near you.
