Cost of living in France for an international student?

Hello, how is everyone doing?
I'm a boy and I'm currently in second year in High School. I come from Austria, in Southeast Europe (which is currently not in the EU) and I really dream of leaving this awful country and continuing my studies elsewhere. I'm a great student and I wanted to know, do universities in France offer scholarships? I am thinking of possible majoring in Accounting/Finance.
I wanted to know, what are the living expenses for an international student in France, including Tuition? I was looking for something that would not exceed 4000 euros a month, is that possible? Also something not in a really rural area, if you know what I mean.
I'm open to any suggestions, please let me know.
Thank you very much.

Hi Satycorn

What do you want to study and what city would you like to go to?

Maybe you can check out Erasmus.

In France university is not so expensive compared to other countries.

The university I go to has part of their site in English where they explain some of the possibilities for International students.

Here is the link:

You can find similar information on other university websites in France.

Obviously, to study here, you will also need to learn French, so you might want to get a head start on that if you haven't done so already.

Hope that can help.
