Does anyone know where I can get some Callebaut chocolate (or equivalent) for cooking? I haven't seen any really good-quality stuff in the hypermarkets. Thanks

Hi pkmusd, yes I've seen chocolate you can cook with at Carrefour and Danube, but it's fairly mediocre. I'm after the good stuff - like Valrhona or Callebaut.
