Marriage between Non Iqama and Iqama Holders

Hi I'm Canadian visiting Saudi on a visitor's visa. I want to get married here to a indian iqama holder. Is there a legal way in doing so. I would like to get some help before I arrive to avoid any unnecessary hassles. Thanks

Hello arhussain and welcome to expat-blog,

NO SPECIALLY SAUDI ARABIA YOU CANT DO SUCH THINGS UNTILL THE LONG PROCESS BECOMES YOU WILL BE OLDER AGE OF 21 TO 51 AGE BY THAT TIME MAY BE COMPLETE ALL THE PROCEDURES HONESTLY SPEAKING.

yep, better do marriage outside Saudi.. primarily because the lawas here are unclear and can suddenly be applied on you.. and by the time you realize wht you're into the time is gone!

Good luck
