Hi there,
I have a question about transferring a maid under my sponsorship and the cost.I live with my family.im a nurse from India and my husband's iqama profession says as oil field technician.A well know doctor who works with me is willing to give his maid to me transfer her iqama under us.He is demanding for 14k SAR for it plus transfer charges.Is it reasonable and what is the procedure for transferring the iqama.

Please get any govt. services office (called Maktab Khitmaat Aama in Arabic) help you. There must be many in Khobar.
14K is fair. The doc must have spent the same to get the maid fro her home country. However, do try negotiating
