Jewelry: Platinum Casting Factory / Company

I've been searching for over a week online and have come up empty. I found many retail shops that sell platinum jewelry in Hong Kong, but I'm not interested in those places. And the shops I've asked via email and by phone have not been helpful in my search.

I am looking for a platinum casting factory/company that can take some of the orders from our customers. My company is at full capacity and have additional orders for platinum jewelry. I need a good lead to find a quality caster in Hong Kong since I know they cast platinum very well.
I've already searched in Bangkok and the company there makes platinum way too soft for our liking. I can't recall if its the way they heat it or they add marshmellows in their mix, but my search has led me to HK.
