Me and my wife would be moving to Antwerp next year and are looking for short term rentals (7-8 months) . I got to know about various lease rules in belgium and clearly they are not in my favour as I would be renting for a short term ..
So, Please advice me if there is a possibility of short term rentals without paying penalties to end the contract.
I am looking for a studio or a 1 bedroom Apartment. Location doesn't matter much ( of course should be a safe neighbourhood) till the time its well connected by public transport
Please guide me on the budget and the procedure
