I was wondering if people who live in cities other than Shanghai, Beijing or Hong Kong could give me an idea as to how active and large the expat community is where you are. Im particuarly interested in the following areas.
1. Quality of International Schools and Facilites
2. Perceived Level of Growth in expat numbers in the next 10 years
3. Preverlance and quality of after school activites for children between the ages of 3 and 12
If people could write a sentace or two for each point i would be really interested to hear your answers
