I'm a young professional looking for a house friend to share a beautiful 3-room apartment in one of the best parts of the city, Aviatiei district, near the Crystal Palace hotel and the French Quarter.
The place is around 110 square meters, 2 separate bedroom and a big open-space living room, kitchen.
Fully furnished and utilized, from air conditioning to dishwasher, everything is high quality.
Rent has been negotiated, it will be around 250 Eur.
