Driving license liege/waremme?

I don't know about Liege but I can share some information with you, could be helpful!
I did the theory part in Brussels in Centre d'examens. There you have to register at least one month before and you do the exam with other people. The exam going to be in French on a computer (MCQ) but you are going to have a translator who's going to read the questions in English. Normally the exam cost 15 Euro and you pay 50 Euro for the translator. When you pass it, they give you a certificate that you take to your city hall. In the city hall they will give you a temporary license for 3 months (but you can't drive a car with it if you are alone). After 3 months you can do the practical exam, which I didn't do it yet.
