I suggest you go to www.google.com/bh and google properties to rent. That should give you a good idea.
Seef, Saar, Janabiyah area's are about 400BD for a fully serviced appartment, but you can get them a heck of a lot cheaper than that.
Also look to the left of this screen and click on the housing tab. People advertise their properties there too.
