Search for Serviced Apartments, as private individuals are not allowed (by law) to rent out their places short-term.
This being Singapore, such a Serviced Apartment will cost you S$3000-10000 for the time you mentioned. Maybe a cheap hotel is cheaper (you can still find some at S$100/night or so).
