Hi. We will hopefully be moving to Riyadh beginning next year. Our budget for housing is between 40000 SAR to 50000 SAR for the year. Really hoping to get a decent place. We don't mind one bedroom or something small, as long as the area has facilities and I can step out of the house without an abaya, at my own free will. We're coming from Bahrain, so we know its going to be a whole new world and even though our budget is not as much as is required for a good compound is there even the slightest possibility that we find one?

Really difficult in that budget to get a decent compound of what soever size. However if you increase the budget 10-15K SAR, you might find some.
BTW, There are the phone numbers on this forum, you can call them directly and find out something suitable for you.
