Hello Everyone!

I am a mining engineer who works in Perth,WA,Australia at the moment. My position is more related to a mechanical engineer rather than a mining engineer. But as most of our clients are mining companies, my company need a mining engineer for this position. My company sponsor some other people before. Is there anyone here who can tell me if I can apply for 457 and get the sponsorship from this company?

Now sure if you have been had any advices about your query.

You should be able to. How long have you been under working visa for? You should talk to your employer to find out if they are willing to sponsor you for PR.
