Dear All,
Good day to all

Iam From India. I ve got a job in China and will be coming to shanghai by end of Dec 2012.

I got to know that I have to apply for Z visa in India and Z visa will normally be given for 1 time entry only.

My query :
Once I get Z visa and come there and got my Work permit and residency permit, Can I come to India any number of times. As the Z visa says only one time entry only.

Please clarify me.

Usually how the Z visa works is it gives you 1 entry for 30 days - during that time you are able (and need to) apply for your work residency permit, which replaces the Z visa, and will probably last you 1 year. With the residency permit you can then exit and enter China unlimited times.

Basically the Z visa itself is your ticket to trade up to the residency permit.
