im getting married in bali next year and am organizing the wedding myself, with one maybe two visits to bali.

You have dozens of eve org and catering companies. It ll depend on your budget, type of food you want.If you google you ll find some interesting leads to follow by e mail. Only the serious one will reply, so send a lot...
